By Checking Below the Adopter, agree to the following

a. Transfer of OwnershipI accept full legal and financial responsibility for the above-mentioned animal. Ownership is hereby transferred from Mecco Animal Rescue to myself effective on the adoption date.

b. Care Commitment:I commit to providing the animal with proper food, shelter, veterinary care, exercise, and a safe, loving environment. I will ensure the animal’s well-being and follow all Goverment laws regarding pet ownership.

C. Prohibited Actions :I agree that the animal will not be sold, given away, or transferred to another party without the prior written consent of Mecco Animal Rescue. If circumstances change where I cannot care for the dog, I will contact Mecco Animal Rescue immediately for guidance on rehoming.

d. Health and Behavior :I acknowledge that I have been provided with, and understand, the animal’s health and behavioral history. I accept the dog in its current condition, understanding that Mecco Animal Rescue has made every effort to ensure its well-being. I agree to seek prompt veterinary care if any health issues arise.

e. Indemnification and Release :I release and hold harmless Mecco Animal Rescue, its officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability related to the animal’s pre-adoption history, including any medical, behavioral, or legal issues that may emerge after adoption. I assume all future responsibilities related to the animal’s care.

f. Follow up :I consent to follow-up visits or calls from Mecco Animal Rescue to monitor the dog’s welfare and ensure compliance with adoption terms.
